Ingredients
1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 1⁄2 pounds shredded rotisserie chicken
2 celery stalks (diced)
1⁄2 cup dried cranberries
4 large lettuce leaves
8 slices grainy wheat bread
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and vinegar.

Add chicken, celery, and cranberries, stirring to coat. Assemble sandwiches, topping with lettuce.
